Tips 1: Cutting of brass outer bars
I use solid brass outer bars (H cross-section) for my stained glass panels because they are much stronger than zinc cames. Often, I have to cut a very large number of them in same lengths. I made up an easy cutting device. I use a long wood slide board on which a NOBEX Compound Miter Saw (Sweden) which can cut at 45 degrees precisely and a scale are fixed. A stopper unit slides on the slide board and can be clamped at any point on the scale. Use CH32 (32Tip) blade for cutting brass.
